Ashley is the Founder and Principal of Mother Tree Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She has more than a decade of business and leadership experience, from start-ups to multimillion dollar organizations. Her experience includes local, national and international work, a diversity of operations departments and revenue streams, organizational strategic planning, training and leadership development, philanthropy, community partnerships, volunteer engagement and board development.
Her superpower is helping individuals uncover their unique leadership talents and build the confidence to implement them and lead with authenticity and integrity. She helps organizations match their goals and priorities with action to create sustainable impact in communities.
Ashley walks her journey as a bi-racial, Black woman born and raised in predominantly white spaces and shares incredible gratitude for her family, friends, mentors and thought partners who have been, and continue to be, part of her own journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Ashley is a human centered leader who believes in putting people over profits - amplifying the value of communities that go beyond dollars. She grounds her personal and professional values in love, equity and respecting and admiring the beauty that is the complexity of our humanity.

Ashley obtained both an undergraduate and graduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Africana Studies and a Master of Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences. Ashley is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate at Howard University School of Business.
Ashley supports clients from her home in central Maryland where she lives with her husband, two children and pitbull. To stay centered, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and podcasts and loves spending time with her family, especially outdoors hiking or camping.
