Ashley Funk is the Founder and Principal of Mother Tree Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She has more than a decade of business and leadership experience, from start-ups to multimillion dollar organizations. Her experience includes local, national and international work, a diversity of operations departments and revenue streams, organizational strategic planning, training and leadership development, philanthropy, community partnerships, volunteer engagement and board development.

The Mother Tree approach combines proven methodologies with innovative thinking, ensuring that every engagement yields tangible results and long-term impact.

Drawing inspiration from mother nature, specifically Mother Trees, Mother Tree Coaching and Consulting emphasizes the power of interconnectedness, collaboration, and love; harnessing these, as well as equity and people-centered leadership as core tenets of our work.
